Keel over:
Desplomarse.
ex. "La bailarina se desplomó por el calor." (The dancer keeled over because of the heat.)

Keep (something/someone) around
Mantener/tener (algo/a alguien) cerca/a su lado.
ex. "Siempre tiene un diccionario cerca." (He always keeps a dictionary around.)

Keep back:
Mantener su distancia.
ex. "¡Mantenga su distancia!" (Keep back)

Keep on:
Seguir.
ex. "Siguió hablando por dos horas." (He kept on talking for two hours.)

Keep out:
No dejar a entrar.
ex. "No lo dejes entrar." (Keep him out.); "Trataron de no dejarnos entrar." (They tried to keep us out.)

Keep up:
1) Mantener despierto. No dejar dormir.
ex. "Tu música me tiene despierto toda la noche." (Your music keeps me up all night.)
2) (fashion, etc.) Mantenerse a la moda.
ex. "No tengo ganas de mantenerme a la moda." (I have no desire to keep up with fashion.)

Kick (an idea) around:
Dar vueltas (a una idea).
ex. "Le doy vueltas a esta idea desde hace dos años." (I was kicking that idea around for 2 years.)

Kick back:
Relajarse. Descansarse.
ex. "Me gusta relajarme cuando estoy de vacaciones." (I like to kick back when I'm on vacation.)

Kick off:
Empezar.
ex. "Empezaron la celebración con un desfile." (They kicked off the celebration with a parade.)

Kick out:
Expulsar. Botar.
ex. "Lo botaron de la escuela." (They kicked him out of school.)

Knock down:
Derribar.
ex. "Derribaron el muro." (They knocked down the wall.)

Knock out:
Noquear (a alguien).
ex. "Mohammad Ali lo noqueó en el quinto asalto." (Mohammad Ali knocked him out in the fifth round.)
